1.1 Both parties agree that Party B's employees are entitled to preferential discounts upon presenting valid employee credentials when purchasing admission tickets at Party A.
1.2 Definition of Party B: Personnel who present valid identification or credentials proving affiliation with Party B's organization.
1.3 Party A guarantees that Party B's credentials will not be used for any other purposes, committing to personal data protection and business ethics.

2. Offer Details:
2.1 Present credentials to receive a 10% discount on admission tickets. Accompanying family members and friends purchasing tickets on the same day are eligible for the same discount.

3. Terms and Conditions:
3.1 Eligible personnel must present valid identification prior to purchase to receive the corporate discount. Discounts cannot be claimed retroactively.
3.2 Party B may publish Party A's relevant information via internal websites or corporate communication channels. Party B personnel visiting Party A must comply with Party A's premises rules. Party A may list Party B as a corporate partner online or on-site.
3.3 Both parties agree to abide by all terms of this agreement. In the event of any violation, the non-breaching party reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately.
3.4 Corporate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
