Special Offer 

1. Employees of Party B may enjoy a 5% discount when dining at Party A's restaurants by presenting the original employee ID card at the time of payment. This offer is for the cardholder only. If the employee ID card is not presented for verification, Party A may refuse to provide the special offer.
2. This special offer does not apply to parties of more than 10 people.
3. Party B may announce the special offer information with Party A internally within the company.
4. If Party A adjusts the prices or contents of any products, the prices and contents displayed on-site shall prevail, and no separate notice will be given.
5. If Party A changes its menu or adjusts the service charge, the information displayed on-site shall prevail, and no separate notice will be given.
6. This special offer does not apply to takeout, Uber Eats orders, or fresh food products.
7. This special offer applies to the restaurant brands under Umai Group: Umai Yakiniku, Shabu Umai, and Jin Korean Food.
